Ingredients:
2 cup flour
1/2 cup cornmeal
2 tbsp dry mustard
2 tbsp paprika
1 tbsp garlic powder
1 tbsp celery salt
1 tbsp pepper
1 tsp ginger
1/2 tsp tyme
1/2 tsp oragano
1 broiler chicken cut up
Instructions:
Mix all dry ingredients and put in bag. Coat pieces of chicken in this
mixture. Place on greased shallow baking pan and bake in 350 oven
45-60 minutes.
