Ingredients:
1 can black beans
1 cooked chicken
1 whole kernel corn
1 chopped tomatoes
1 chopped scallions
1 lime juice
1 olive oil
1 cilantro
Instructions:
Mixed rinsed and drained canned black beans with cubes of cooked
chicken, thawed whole kernel corn, chopped tomatoes and chopped
scallions. Moisten with lime juice and a small amount of olive oil.
Season to taste with fresh chopped cilantro.
