Ingredients:
3/4 lb bone/skinless chicken breast
2 tsp oil
1 can broccoli cheese soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
3/4 cup water
1 1/2 cup minute rice
2 cup broccoli, florets
1 each red & yellow peppers,thin
Instructions:
Cube chicken breasts. In frying pan, brown chicken in hot oil. In
large bowl combine soups and water. Add to chicken, bring to a boil.
Add rice. Cover, simmer 5 minutes. Add broccoli and peppers, simmer,
uncovered 5 minutes until vegetables are tender crisp.
