Ingredients:
3 cup ketchup
1 cup minced onion
1 cup dry red wine
3 large garlic cloves -- minced
2 tbsp ginger -- grated
2 tbsp worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp dijon mustard
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 cup oyster sauce
1 tsp tabasco sauce
1 tsp ground coriander
1 black pepper to taste
Instructions:
Combine all ingredients and simmer for 20 minutes. Cool and serve on
the side. This freezes well.
