Ingredients:
10 cup diced cooked chicken
10 cup chopped celery
2 bunch green onions with tops, sliced
2 can chopped green chiles (4-oz- each)
1 can pitted ripe olives, drained and sli, ced (5 3/4-oz)
2 cup slivered almonds
5 cup shredded cheddar cheese, divided (2, 0-oz.)
2 cup mayonaise
2 cup sour cream
5 cup crushed potato chips
Instructions:
Combine the first 6 ingredients. Add 2 cups cheese. Mix mayonaise and
sour cream; add to chicken mixture and toss. Spoon into 2 greased
13"x9"x2" baking dishes. Sprinkle with chips. Top with remaining
cheese.
Bake uncovered, at 350, for 20-25 minutes or until hot.
