Ingredients:
6 cup chicken broth
1/4 cup diced onion
1 cup diced potatoes
1 cup chopped chicken
1/4 cup corn-meal
1 salt and pepper
Instructions:
Heat broth to boiling. Add vegetables. Cover. Simmer until
vegetables are tender. Sift in corn-meal slowly, stirring
constantly. Add chicken. Season to taste. Cover. Simmer 10 minutes.
