Ingredients:
1 talkofsky-bsnx01a
1 small garlic clove -- crushed
4 chicken breast cutlets
1 pinch italian herbs
1 cup sliced mushrooms
1 tbsp chopped parsely
1/2 cup dry white wine
1 pepper
1 tsp lemon juice
1 salt
1 margerine
Instructions:
Brown cutlet briefly on both sises over medium-high heat. Remove. Add
garlic and mushrooms, saute until mushrooms are golden and pan is
virtually dry. Add remaining ingredients and cutlets. Simmer over
low heat for about 5 minutes per side or until cooked thorough.
