Ingredients:
1 lb chicken livers
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup water
1 soy sauce or mustard for dipping
Instructions:
Marinate livers in a mixture of soy sauce, sugar and water for at
least 2 hours. Place livers on skewers. Cook on hibachi or grill
until done. Serve with soy sauce or mustard for dipping.
