Ingredients:
3/4 lb livers, chicken
4 oz mushrooms, sliced, drained
1 medium onion, chopped
3/4 cup vermouth
1/2 tsp rosemary, dried, crushed
1/4 tsp thyme, whole, dried
1 tsp salt
3/4 cup sour cream
1 noodles, hot cooked
Instructions:
Combine first 7 ingredients in a medium saucepan; bring to a boil.
Reduce heat and simmer, covered 20 minutes. Stir in sour cream; cook
over medium heat, stirring constantly, until thoroughly heated. Serve
over hot cooked noodles.
