Ingredients:
1 cup raw rice
1 cup grated carrots
1 small onion, grated
1/2 green bell pepper, diced
1 1/2 cup cooked chicken or turkey
3/4 lb grated cheddar cheese
1 qt milk
1 tsp salt
1 dash pepper
Instructions:
Mix all ingredients together. Place in a 9" X 13" baking dish and
