Ingredients:

2 cup hot cooked rice
4 boneless skinless chicken
1 halves cooked
2 cup cups velveeta cheese salsa
1 dip

Instructions:

Arrange rice on serving platter; top with chicken and velveeta cheese
spread salsa dip. Garnish with bell and jalepeno peppers. Makes 4
servings
