Ingredients:
1 tbsp vegetable oil
1 lb ground chicken
1 green bell pepper, chopped
1 medium onion, chopped
30 oz canned sloppy joe sauce
3 cup cooked rice
6 hamburger buns or- english muffins, or- other bread
Instructions:
Heat oil in large skillet over medium-high heat until hot. Add
chicken; cook and stir 4 to 6 minutes or until no longer pink. Stir
in pepper and onion; cook 1 to 3 minutes. Add sloppy joe sauce. Cook
over medium heat about 8 to 10 minutes; stirring occasionally. Stir
in rice; cook until thoroughly heated. Spoon over hamburger buns.
Each serving provides: * 439 calories * 24 g. protein * 13 g. fat * 3
g. saturated fat * 56 g. carbohydrate * 2 g. dietary fiber * 64 mg.
cholesterol * 900 mg sodium
