Ingredients:
2 cl garlic crushed.
14 oz tinned chopped tomatoes
1 oz cooked ham cut into strips.
1/4 tsp salt.
3 oz green pepper de-seeded and chopped.
6 oz chicken stock
9 oz skinned and boned chicken breasts c, ut into half inc
Instructions:
Place all the ingredients except the chicken in a pan. Mix well and
cook gently for 15 minutes stirring occasionally. Add the chicken and
continue to cook until the chicken is cooked thoroughly and the sauce
thickens.
