Ingredients:
1 lb boneless, skinless chicken
1 breasts (cut into strips)
3/4 cup miracle whip salad dressing
1 package (16oz) frozen mixed
1 vegetables or
3 cup cut-up fresh vegetables
2 tbsp soy sauce
1/2 tsp garlic powder
Instructions:
Cook chicken in Miracle Whip in large skillet on medium-high heat for
3 minutes. Add vegetables. Stir in soy sauce and garlic powder.
Continue cooking 5 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.
Serve over rice, if desired.
