Ingredients:
1 tbsp oil
1/2 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast s, trips
1 package hidden valley ranch dressing mix
16 oz frozen vegetable medley
2 tbsp water
Instructions:
Heat oil in stir fry pan until hot, add chicken. Stir in package of
dressing mix to coat chicken. Add vegetables and water and stir fry
for about 2 to 3 minutes. Makes 4 servings.
