Ingredients:
2 package cornbread mix
1 dozen raw eggs
1 chopped onion to taste
1 salt & pepper to taste
1 celery to taste
6 tsp poultry seasoning
3 tsp sage
2 chickens cooked & deboned
Instructions:
Bake cornbread mix according to pk directions. Cool. Crumble up
cornbread, add eggs, chopped onion & celery to taste, salt & pepper
to taste. Add poultry seasoning & sage. Add chicken & pour 1/2 of
chicken broth over cornbread mixture. Mix well. Bake at 350 degrees
for 3 hours.
