Ingredients:
3 lb chicken
1 can cream mushroom soup
1/4 cup wine, dry white
4 oz mushrooms
Instructions:
Season chicken with salt and pepper to taste. Place in crockpot. Mix
wine and soup and pour over chicken. Pour mushrooms over top of
chicken and cook on low 7-9 hours or on high for 3-4 hours. Sliced
onions may be added for a different flavor. Servings: 4
