Ingredients:
3 lb broiler or fryer chicken cut
1/2 cup seasoned flour
1/4 cup corn oil
1 each chopped onion
1/2 cup orange juice
1/4 cup lemon juice
2 cup whole cranberry sauce
Instructions:
Shake chicken pieces in a bag with seasoned flour. Heat oil in
skillet, saute chicken turning once to browwn. Combine remaining
ingredients and pour over chicken. Cover and cook slowly 40 to 45
