Ingredients:

4 cup diced potatoes
1 medium onion
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1 1/2 cup chopped cooked chicken or
1 turkey
1 1/2 cup chicken or turkey broth
2 tsp parsley flakes
2 tsp salt
1 tall can (12 fl ounces) pet
1 evaporated milk
Instructions:
In large saucepan, cook potatoes and onion in hot oil just until
potatoes begin to brown. Add chicken or turkey, parsley, salt and
broth. Bring mixture to a boil. Lower heat, cover and simmer about 20
minutes or until potatoes are tender. Stir in evaported milk. Heat
