1 chicken fryer (2-3 lbs.)
1 cut up, skin & fat removed
1/2 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
1 cup skim milk
1 cup cornflake crumbs
2 cl garlic minced
Instructions:
Preheat Oven To 400 F. Season Chicken With Salt, Pepper & Garlic. Dip
Into Milk & Roll in Cornflake Crumbs. Place in Lightly Pam Sprayed
Baking Dish Being Careful That The Pieces Do Not Touch. Bake 45 Min.
