Ingredients:
1 package kraft mac & cheese dinner
1 cup leftover cooked chicken
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 tbsp onion
1 1/2 cup chicken broth
1 tbsp green pepper, opt
2 tbsp butter
1 can french fried onion rings
Instructions:
Use a 2 qt. casserole. Mix everything together but onion rings.
Microwave on high 16 minutes, covered, stirring halfway through. When
done, put onion rings over top and let stand covered a few minutes
before serving.
