Ingredients:
1 medium chicken cut into pieces
1 medium onion
2 tbsp oil
2 tbsp vinegar
1/4 cup lemon juice
2 tbsp brown sugar
1 cup catsup
3 tbsp worcestershire sauce
1/2 tbsp mustard, prepared
1 cup water
1 salt and pepper
Instructions:
Brown the chicken in the oil, remove and brown the onion. Remove all
but 2 tablespoons of the oil. Add remaining ingredients. Simmer 30
minutes.
Place chicken in oven dish and pour sauce over chicken. Bake
uncovered in slow oven (325%) for one hour. Sauce is also excellent
for meat.
