Ingredients:
2 cup wafer crumbs (any flavor)
1/2 cup chopped peanuts
1/3 cup melted margarine filling:
12 oz cream cheese
1/2 cup sifted powdered sugar
2 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup smooth peanut butter
4 cup frozen whipped topping
1/4 cup chocolate syrup
1/2 cup chopped peanuts
Instructions:
Combine crust ingredients together. Press into a 9x13" pan.
Refridgerate. Beat the cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla and
peanut butter until smooth. Fold in the frozen whipped topping. Pour
over the crust. Drizzle with chocolate syrup and top with peanuts.
Freeze, keeps up to 6 weeks. Serves 25-30.
