Chicken Curry Recipes

Ingredients:

2 tbsp margarine or butter
1 tsp curry powder
1 small onion, chopped (about 1/4 cup)
2 cup cut-up cooked chicken
1/3 cup raisins
1 small unpared red apple, coarsely chopped
1 can (10 3/4 ounces) condensed cream of, chcken-soup
1 soup can water
2 cup hot cooked rice chopped peanuts, if, desired

Instructions:

Cook margarine, curry powder and onion in 3-quart saucepan over
medium heat about 4 minutes, stirring frequently, until onion is
tender. Stir in remaining ingredients except rice and peanuts. Cook,
stirring occasionally until hot. Serve over rice. sprinkle with
peanuts. 4 servings.
