Ingredients:
2 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp vegetable oil
1 tbsp chopped fresh or 1 teaspoon dried o, regano leaves
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
8 chicken drumsticks (about
5 1/2 pounds)
Instructions:
Mix all ingredients except chicken drumsticks. Cover and grill
chicken 5 to 6 inches from medium coals 15 to 20 minutes; turn
chicken. Cover and grill 20 to 40 minutes longer, turning and
brushing frequently with garlic mixture, until done.
