Ingredients:
1 stephen ceideburg
2 1/2 lb chicken drumettes
1/2 cup jerk seasoning (see note)
1 tsp minced garlic
Instructions:
Toss chicken drumettes with Jerk seasoning and garlic. Cover and
refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
Grill and serve hot. Note: Jerk seasoning may be found in West Indian
markets, Housewives Market in Oakland, and Prince Neville's on
Divisadero in San Francisco.
If you can't find it, I can post an excellent Jerk mixture. S.C.
