Ingredients:
1 large whole fryer
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp prepared mustard -- (i use
1 more)
2 tbsp grated parmesan cheese -- (i
1 use more)
Instructions:
Sprinkle body cavity with salt. Tie legs together close to body and
turn wing tips back under body. Place chicken on flat baking pan, and
spread skin with mustard. Sprinkle with cheese. Roast in oven at 325
degrees about 2 hours, until chicken is tender and nicely browned.
Cover loosely with a sheet of foil last half hour, if chicken is
already browned.
