Chicken Casserole Recipes

Ingredients:

4 cup cubed stuffing mix
2 cup chicken, cooked and diced
1 each golden hominy, 15oz can
1 each green chiles, 4-1/2 oz can
1/2 each red bell pepper, chopped
1/2 cup parsley, chopped
1 each cream of mushroom soup, can
1 each whole kernel corn, can
1 cup cream or milk
2 tsp cumin
1 cup monterey jack cheese

Instructions:

Combine stuffing and next five ingredients in large bowl. Stir
together remaining ingredients (except cheese)and combine with
stuffing mix. Pour into lightly greased 2-quart shallow baking dish.
Cover lightly with foil and bake at 350f for 35 minutes. Uncover,
sprinkle with cheese and bake an additional 5 minutes or until cheese
is melted and bubbly
