Ingredients:
1 4 pound hen
2 cup shell macaroni
1/2 lb velveeta cheese, diced
4 cup broth
1/2 cup cream
2 tbsp butter
8 tbsp flour
4 cup bread crumbs
Instructions:
Stew chicken & season to taste. Cut in cubes. Cook macaroni in salt
water & drain. Thicken broth with flour. Mix chicken, macaroni,
cheese and broth. Put into 8x12 inch pan. Brown bread crumbs in
butter. Add cream & mix. Spread on top of the chicken mixture and
bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes.
