Ingredients:
1/2 lb cream cheese
2 tbsp mayonnaise
1 cup chopped cooked chicken
1 cup blanched almonds or pecans, chopped
1 tbsp chopped chutney
1/2 tsp salt
1 tbsp curry powder
1/2 cup of grated coconut
Instructions:
Beat together cream cheese and mayonnaise. Add chicken, almonds,
chutney, salt and curry powder. Shape into walnut sized balls and
roll in coconut. Chill. Makes 36 balls.
