Ingredients:
2 cup chopped cooked boneless chicken
6 each scallions, sliced
1 tsp ground cumin
1 cup picante sauce, divided
12 each taco shells warmed according to th, e package
1/2 each head iceberg lettuce, shredded
1/2 cup 2 oz shredded monterey jack cheese
Instructions:

============== ==== == In a medium-sized saucepan, combine the
chicken, scallions, cumin, and 3/4 cup of picante sauce over low
heat. Cook for 5 to 6 minutes, then spoon evenly into the taco
shells. Top with the lettuce, cheese, and remaining picante sauce.
Serve immediately. Note: You can use the same ingredients to make an
easy version of chicken fajitas. Just roll the mixture in 12 flour
tortillas instead of the taco shells.
