Ingredients:
2 cup cooked rice
1/2 cup milk
2 cup cooked chicken, chopped
1 cup mushrooms, drained
1 pimento, sliced
1/2 cup cheese, grated
Instructions:
Combine all ingredients except cheese in bowl; mix well. Spoon into
buttered baking dish. Bake at 350 for 27 minutes. Sprinkle with
cheese bake additional 3 minutes.
