Ingredients:
4 medium potatoes sliced 1/4 thick
1 lb chicken breasts 1/2thick
2 tbsp vegetable oil
1/4 cup honey-dijon bbq sauce
1 tsp dried tarragon
Instructions:
Microwave potatoes 8 - 10 minutes until tender. While potatoes cook,
in large skillet toss and brown chicken in oil over high heat 5
minutes. Add potatoes; saute and toss until potatoes are lightly
browned. Add BBQ sauce and tarragon; toss until heated through. Time:
20 minutes.
