Ingredients:
1/3 cup flour
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp thyme
1/4 cup margarine
3 lb chicken cut up
Instructions:
Melt margarine in baking dish. Mix dry ingredients & roll chicken in
it. Then dredge chicken in margarine. Place chicken on rack in baking
dish skin side down. Bake 425F 30 minutes then turn chicken over &
cook 15 minutes or until done.
