Ingredients:
8 chicken breasts
1/2 cup melted butter
1 cup fine whole wheat bread
1 crumbs
3/4 cup parmesan cheese
1 cl garlic, minced
1/4 cup chopped parsley
1/2 tsp seasoned salt
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Rinse chicken breasts; pat dry. Dip into
melted butter; coat with mixture of the remaining ingredients.
Arrange skin side up in shallow baking pan. Sprinkle with any
remaining butter and crumb mixture. Bake for 50 minutes or until
tender.
