Ingredients:
1 tbsp dry italian salad dressing
1 mix. (good seasons, etc.)
2 tbsp margarine, melted
3 whole chick. breast, split
1 can cream mushroom soup
3 oz cream cheese, softened
1 tbsp chopped chives
1/3 cup sauterne
1 cup instant rice
Instructions:
Reserve 1/2 tsp. salad dressing mix. In large skillet combine butter
and dressing mix; add chicken and brown slowly until golden. Place in
9 x 13 inch baking dish. Blend soup, cream cheese, chives, and
sauterne. Spoon over chicken. Bake uncovered at 325 F. for 1 hr.
Baste with sauce occasionally. Serve over rice which has been cooked
in water to which the reserved 1/2 tsp. salad dressing mix has been
added.
