Ingredients:
2 cup cut-up cooked chicken
2 1/4 cup water
1/3 cup milk
1/2 tsp salt
1 small onion, chopped (about 1/4 cup)
1 can (10 3/4 ounces) condensed cream of, mushroom soup
1 package (l6 ounces) seasoned long grain and, wild rice
Instructions:
An easy "toss-together" dish for even your busiest nights.
Mix all ingredients in 10-inch skillet. Heat to boiling; reduce heat.
Cover and simmer 25 to 30 minutes or until rice is tender and liquid
is absorbed.
