Ingredients:
8 oz pineapple chunks, drained
1 medium onion, chopped (about 1/2 cup)
2 can (10 1/2 ounces each) chicken a la k, ing
1 can (4 1/4 ounces) deveined medium shri, mp, rinsed and
2 tbsp lemon juice
4 cup hot cooked noodles
2 tbsp bac *os' imitation bacon chopped fr, esh parsley, if
Instructions:
Place pineapple and onion in l l/2 quart microwavable casserole. Cover
tightly and microwave on high 5 to 6 minutes, stirring after 3
minutes, until onion is crisp-tender.
Stir in chicken a la king, shrimp and lemon juice. Cover. tightly and
microwave 5 to 7 minutes, stirring after 3 minutes, until hot. Serve
over noodles. Sprinkle with bacon. Sprinkle with parsley.
