Ingredients:
3 tsp curry
1/8 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp salt
4 boneless skinless chicken br
1 1/2 cup orange juice
1 cup rice
3/4 cup water
1 tbsp brown sugar
1 tsp dried mustard
1 fresh parsley
Instructions:
Combine curry powder, 1/4 teaspoon salt, and pepper. Sprinkle over
chicken and rub in. In 10-inch skillet, combine orange juice, rice,
water, brown sugar, mustard, and remaining 1/4 teaspoon salt. Arrange
chicken on top. Bring to a boil. cover and simmer 20 minutes.
Sprinkle with parsley before serving.
